The inability of customers to keep (in – to – at) to time is probably one of the (most – more – much) most significant irritations in cross-cultural negotiation. Those cultures that are less aware of exactness in time and timing, often (must not – cannot – should not) cannot understand the preoccupation of Americans and others with time, and vice versa.
